Its one of the nest hotel. We would love to visit once more The atmoshphere, the rooms especially the junior suite. The property was so big, we use to go for a walk after every meal & covered our walking time. The food was good. The reservation team as well has helped us alot

I, Noel Fernandes checked in at your Taj Amad Nashik property on 5th May - 7th May. Had a wonderful experience. The property is very huge and very well maintained. From the house keeping to the general manager all do a very good job. 7th was my wife's birthday and I had requested for small Deco in the room. And it was very well done by Manish & Yogesh (house keeping staff on 6th night). Really appreciate their gestures, do give them recognition. Even the other house keeping staffs were very professional and helpful. Yuvraj the front office manager is also very kind and helpful, he guided us and assisted us with our requests on our stay. Managers lead by example and that motivates the staff. And this is evident clearly in your hotel. Do pass-on my gratitude. Heena and the GM Mr Vegas even they were very kind. Really appreciate the entire Gateway staff for our kind stay. Hopefully the indoor games and cricket Turf work gets completed soon before our next visit.

This was quite a different experience for us, this is our second visit at this property, the best part is the pool...but the so called 5* lacked other basic amenities and activities for kids....since it's a remotely located place they should have their guests involved in many experiences other then indulging them with all three meals which I believe was completely missing...Food too wasn't that great as per 5* standards, with such a beautiful property they could do a lot better.

We stayed here on 4-6 May to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Was skeptical before about the hotel being touch on the highway but they have done a great job making us feel we are far away from city commotion, no highway noise came inside. The check in experience was nothing to talk about no one welcomed us or even smiled back so offering a welcome drink was not even possible for them as they were least bothered. Reception staff needs to improve a lot. While we were walked to our room we met Mr Tejas from house keeping he single handedly changed our whole experience of staying here at Taj. Mr Tejas proactively asked us what was purpose of the visit being leisure weekend trip on any any special occasion. So we mentioned that its our Anniversary so we are visiting here. From that moment he did all in his powers to make our stay wonderful and something to remember. First day we were provided with a Cake which was very good. And in evening they decorated our room and also as we were travelling with our kid they as made some special arrangement for my 2 year old. A small tent with a teddy and lots of balloons. My daughter from that moment had a blast and was playing there for rest of the trip. Special thanks to Vibha from house keeping as well for the wonderful decoration. Next day they also gifted drawing books for my daughter with some colors. Well the housekeeping staff is superb! even the ones that can be seen in lobby. All of them always greeted us with a smile. 5 star for the housekeeping staff. Food- We only opted for breakfast only so during morning the restaurant area was very full and people were literally fighting for a spot to sit down. There many people and all of them wanted to sit in the inside ac room not in the outdoor area. So the indoor was very congested which led to no chairs on many tables. I literally asked for napkins 4-5 times and was yet not provided reason being too many guests and all are used. Food variety was just okay, we are JAINs so only south indian was there for us. Had better service in a 3-4 star regular hotel than at your breakfast buffet. No one wanted to take any responsibility for the service. Anyway next day we sat outdoor for breakfast and was given good service by Manish. We ignored all the breakfast experience because of the 5star experience provided to us by Mr tejas. Overall was very happy to stay here and will surely will visit again, with hope of improvement in reception and restaurant staff. Thank you again Mr Tejas.
